Summary We are seeking a welcoming, organised and highly motivated School Administration Officer Level 3 to join our dedicated team at Padiham Primary School. Working under the direction of the School Business Manager, and the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school office, acting as a first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro -rata basis.

Essential Qualifications- Mathematics and English GCSE Grade 5 or above
- Excellent administrative, communication and customer service skills, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and contribute positively to the daily life of the school.
- The successful candidate will be committed to providing a professional, efficient and supportive administrative service that helps our school community thrive.
