Job Description
# Scheme Project ManagerLocationDublin, County Dublin, Ireland Scheme Project Manager - Dublin Support the FA5 Lead in the project management, coordination, and overall setup of the Dublin Bray Scheme, guiding the project through the Planning Re submission to ACP (Board) Planning Approvals and subsequent post approval work streams. This role will extend through the tender and procurement phases and will provide continuity through to the eventual site delivery team. Project Manager / Delivery Manager Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of the project to ensure successful delivery of the Scheme Provide strong project coordination across all disciplines Manage design development and multi disciplinary inputs Plan and manage project resources effectively Prepare project proposals and define scopes of work Develop and maintain the project schedule Identify, assess, and manage project risks Coordinate cross workstream interfaces to ensure alignment Liaise with the client and support stakeholder engagement activities Preferable Experience Technical delivery of road projects, ideally within urban environments Managing consultations, responses, and key decision processes that shape design and project delivery Advancing projects through the planning phase and ACP (Board) approval processes Experience working with the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process Coordinating Environmental and Traffic inputs, including EIA and TIA Desirable Skills Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and support effective decision making Ability to anticipate, manage, and resolve unforeseen risks and issues Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistently Ability to manage client expectations and deliver within agreed parameters Capacity to work effectively in a challenging environment, both independently and as part of a team The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
