Location:Lanes Court, Tewkesbury (GL20 5JH)
Contract Type:Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary:£27,000 per annum

At Bromford, we're looking for a compassionate, flexible, and proactive Independent Living Scheme Officerto join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll besupporting our schemes across Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing:Providing housing-related support to vulnerable and older residents across our independent living schemes
Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to help them feel safe, supported, and independent in their homes
Carrying out health and safety checks, managing communal repairs, and completing annual reviews
Acting as a visible, consistent presence on-site - offering reassurance and connection to residents
Promoting wellbeing and independence by being that vital, friendly point of contact
What we're looking for:Someone empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in the lives and needs of older people
A confident communicator who's not afraid of difficult conversations
Self-motivated and flexible - able to manage your own workload effectively
Strong at influencing and building relationships, even in challenging situations
Experience working in a customer-focused role, ideally with older people
A good understanding of policies, procedures, and professional standards
What you'll need:A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Willingness to travel between schemes in the Tewkesbury area
An enhanced DBS check (we'll guide you through the process)
