Salary: £33,054 per annum + monthly attendance bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives?

At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.

We deliver empathy led, person first support that helps people move forward with confidence. Whether it's securing a new home, accessing vital resources, or finding the right wellbeing services, you will play a key role in transforming lives. What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and support a dedicated team
• Oversee the delivery of high quality support and advice
• Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
• Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusion

What We Are Looking For

• Understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals
• Experience working in homelessness service would be advantageous
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
