The Scheme Cleaner based in Alton will maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring shared spaces remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents. This permanent, full time position offers an annual salary of £17,485, with working hours from 8:30am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
• Use simple technology to record completed work.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
