This marketing leading company is renowned for its premium products worldwide. Due to continued success, it is now looking for a Head of Production Planning to lead all planning and scheduling for the manufacturing department and wider business.

In this leadership position, you will take full ownership of the production department, driving accurate scheduling, material readiness, capacity planning and workflow optimisation to maximise manufacturing performance. You will work in close partnership with Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure seamless operational delivery across the business.

This role would suit a Production Planner / Manager from a manufacturing background looking for career progression, autonomy and a chance to influence key operational decisions within a growing organisation.

The Role:

• Lead all production planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Manufacturing
• Maintain and improve MRP/ERP systems

The Person:

• Strong background in production planning or operations planning
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Commutable to Woking
