We're looking for an organised and confident Scheduling Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and coordinating people.
What you'll be doing:- Managing staff rotas and allocating shifts
- Monitoring absences and arranging cover
- Handling calls, emails and scheduling queries
- Updating systems, records and payroll information
- Resolving issues and making changes at short notice
- Supporting the wider team with administration and training
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using systems and handling data
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Someone who can stay calm and find solutions under pressure
- Previous scheduling, administration or coordination experience is beneficial but not essential
Hours: Rota between 7am-7pm, including 1 in 4 weekends.
