We're looking for an organised and confident Scheduling Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and coordinating people.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing staff rotas and allocating shifts
• Monitoring absences and arranging cover
• Handling calls, emails and scheduling queries
• Updating systems, records and payroll information
• Resolving issues and making changes at short notice
• Supporting the wider team with administration and training

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using systems and handling data
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Someone who can stay calm and find solutions under pressure
• Previous scheduling, administration or coordination experience is beneficial but not essential

Hours: Rota between 7am-7pm, including 1 in 4 weekends.
