Scheduler: Lead Workstreams & Customer Service

Network Plus in St Austell is seeking a proactive Scheduler to plan and coordinate the company's work with internal and external customers, while managing the business and client databases.

You will own workstreams from receipt to completion, schedule work orders to meet SLAs, provide excellent customer service, input data into works management systems, and deliver daily/weekly reports while upholding safety and high service levels.
