The Monday-Friday working week will be 8 hr shifts with the earliest starting at 8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm,so you will need to possess a flexible approach to working hours. Excellent Timekeeping & Attendance are absolutely vital !

The Hourly rate is £11.20 with an additional £1.57 Holiday pay.

Based in Coleshill , Birmingham. Parking is provided on site or Colehill Parkway Station is 6 minutes walk ?

You will be scheduling jobs out to Engineers whilst booking in Reactive Maintenance with Sub Contractors ensuring all compliant paperwork is provided, You will need to be assertive in order to chase deadline with Engineers to ensure SLA's are met. You will need to monitor a central inbox ensuring clients are responded to in a timely manner and all systems information is kept updated.

You will need to be Computer literate as advantage if you have used a Maintenance Service Delivery Software i.e. Maximo or similar , possess a confident telephone manner with ideally experience within a similar Service / Maintenance environment .
