SC Technical Support Engineer (Apple/Android/Intune) - Contract - Near to Chippenham

I am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work on a contract basis with a major client near to Chippenham.

Skills/Experience

Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple hardware configurations) within a corporate environment required

Responsibilities

Respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your Team Leader, updating ticket progress after each visit
Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. This typically includes enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues
Ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately
Build a good and professional relationship with customers and 3rd party contacts
Follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader
Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement
