SC Project Cordinator

Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the delivery of small works items, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with agreed processes. The role involves close interaction with the customer and third-party suppliers to facilitate seamless delivery of network-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of small works items, including:
  • Individual circuit deliveries
  • Third-party supplier works (e.g., Computacenter, Fujitsu)
  • Access Point (AP) and Switch relocations/moves
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure work is scheduled, tracked, and delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and suppliers for assigned activities.
• Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and proactively address risks, delays, or dependencies.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates are maintained and communicated to stakeholders.
• Track milestones, validate completion of works, and support acceptance processes where required.
• Ensure compliance with change management, governance, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or service delivery within a telecom or IT/network environment.
• Experience managing small-scale network deployments or infrastructure changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing external dependencies.
• Good understanding of network components such as circuits, access points, and switches.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Experience in telecom or enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
