Job Description

Role - SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect - Need to have live SC Clearance

Location - 100% Remote

Duration - Contract And perm

Rate: £800 Per day - Inside of IR35

Required Skills

Experience with environment configuration, feature development, and team leadership.
Knowledge of upgrade planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Act as system owner, safeguarding the Service-Now environment.
Handle BAU processes and development of new features/enhancements.
Supervise and guide a varied team (Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, Consultants).
Prepare for and lead a major upgrade in the new year:
Understand upgrade processes, testing, and automated test frameworks.
