Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Integration Project Manager to deliver a complex, high-value M&A integration within a secure and highly regulated environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic growth objectives and ensuring the successful integration of acquired capabilities across the organisation.

You will lead delivery across multiple functions, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure strong governance, commercial alignment, and delivery excellence throughout the integration life cycle. The role offers a hybrid working model with regular on-site collaboration in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a major acquisition integration, aligned to strategic, contractual, and financial objectives.

  • Manage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders to drive successful integration outcomes.

  • Oversee commercial negotiations and contractual change management in collaboration with Contract Managers.

  • Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal.

  • Own project-level risk, opportunity, and contingency planning.

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering high performance and accountability.

  • Provide clear progress reporting to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Champion strong governance, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven delivery of complex, high-value projects or programmes across the full life cycle.

  • Demonstrable experience in M&A, acquisition, or business integration initiatives.

  • Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Solid commercial acumen, including contract and change control.

  • Strong understanding of risk, governance, and performance management.

  • Typically operating at APM Project Manager (Advanced) or Programme Manager level.

  • Eligible for membership of APM, PMI, AcostE, or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience within the UK Defence or Cyber Security sector.

  • Background in secure, regulated, or safety-critical environments.

Security Requirements

The role is subject to BPSS screening and requires a current Security Clearance (SC).
