The Role:
You will own and support the management and delivery of Savings for all product management duties, from product ideation through development, launch, sale and closure. You'll have a deep understanding of the UK savings market and will represent the voice of the customer at all touchpoints in the customer journey. You will be the Banks first line of defence ensuring the savings products and processes are compliant with all relevant legislation, regulation, and industry best practice.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant implementation of BAU product changes inc. customer communications. Responsible for identifying, proposing, and driving continuous improvement and changes across the savings portfolio using customer insight to support product initiatives ranging from annual product reviews to new product launches and partnerships.
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating an accurate and up-to-date customer collateral repository across all products including brochureware, T&Cs and customer communications.
Working alongside the Director of Liabilities and with Operations colleagues to review Product Manuals and any product procedures are accurate and up to date.
Delivery of the overall Savings product change agenda; working with IT/Transformation to deliver small and large change initiatives. Ranging from new product build/launch through to product feature changes.
Technical skills
- Ability to use insight to create innovative product and proposition solutions that meet the needs of our target customers, based on experience and market insight.
- Define KPIs, analyse the impact of product features and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Working with the Head of Pricing and Portfolio management to assist with product P&L responsibility, including feeding in to accurate forecasting and delivery of all financial metrics.
- Working with the Director of Liabilities, support in setting and driving the product strategy and roadmap for the savings portfolio. Owns and drives requirements for strategic and tactical product changes/launches to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversight of customer experience in respect of the products, including analysing complaints, problems and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
- Responsible for working with digital channels and IT on digital product journeys, driving the digital experience from onboarding to servicing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure delivery and optimisation of all operational forecasting, processes, systems, infrastructure and resources
- Collaborates with the wider bank teams in support of the over-arching Cynergy Bank customer proposition and strategy
- Proactively manage the vendor relationships and third parties relating to deposits,
- including key vendors and regulatory bodies and deposit partners to develop an efficient, flexible, collegiate and customer focussed capability - including reviewing cost efficiency and opportunity.
