SAP TRM (Treasury) Project Manager - Spanish Speaking. Madrid, Spain. Flexible Start Date from November 2025 Onwards. Permanent Job. Salary up to 70,000 gross per annum + 15% Bonus + Benefits. Spanish Work Visa Sponsorship Possible. END-CLIENT!

Our end-client based in Madrid, Spain, is currently implementing a centralised SAP Treasury model for the entire group at a global level. To implement the defined roadmap and subsequently support the entire model, they are looking for an SAP Project Manager with SAP TRM (Treasury & Risk Management) experience to manage the implementations for Canada, USA and the UK.

Main Tasks:

  • Project Manage the implementation of SAP TRM to Canada, USA and the UK.

  • Identify and understand SAP TRM processes to implement potential improvements in S/4HANA.

  • Collaboration in the implementation of S/4HANA in the countries where the company operates with particular focus on Canada, USA and the UK

  • Design, or oversee, the design of technical and functional solutions in the initiatives in which you participate.

  • Act as a liaison between Treasury, IT, and the Implementation/External Support team, coordinating all tasks inherent to the project, as well as any incidents, requests, or developments that may arise subsequently.

  • Work with process managers to ensure proper system governance, ensuring its stability and compliance with defined procedures and methodologies.

  • Control the quality of the solutions provided by the Implementation/External Support team.

  • Analyse user requirements and designed solutions to improve Treasury processes in S/4HANA.

  • Evaluation, control and monitoring of SLAs.

  • Control of the transportation system and OSS notes, verifying impacts and minimizing risks.

  • Ensure that new projects are integrated into existing processes following the defined core model.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of solutions for new projects.

  • Support in the definition of roles and authorizations, and regulatory compliance for the segregation of duties

  • Supervise and collaborate in the execution of tests to ensure the quality of the implemented processes.

  • Manage risks and mitigate them throughout projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must have at least 3 years of SAP Project Management experience

  • In addition to the above you must also have at least 3 years of SAP TRM experience either as an SAP TRM Functional Consultant or as a Project Manager managing SAP TRM projects.

  • Proactive, organized, methodical person with the ability to learn.

  • Accustomed to working in a team and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate with other departments of the company.

  • Extensive knowledge of financial and treasury processes, both at the functional level and at the system parameterization level.

  • Good knowledge of economic and financial processes

  • Willing to travel twice per year, two weeks at a time.

Languages:

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must be proficient in Spanish (minimum B2 level)

Salary:

  • The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges up to 70,000 gross per annum.

Variable Bonus:

  • The company offers an annual variable bonus on top of your fixed basic salary which is typically in the range of 10-15% and is normally based on a combination of your personal performance and the company's performance.

Remote Working:

  • This is primarily an onsite job in Madrid. The company permits 1 day per week of remote work.

  • 2 days per week remote may be negotiable for the right candidate.
