SAP Transport Management Consultant/SAP TM Consultant - Remote Working - Inside IR35

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP Transportation Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP TM (preferably S/4HANA Embedded or standalone), a good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, and the ability to work with both business and technical teams to deliver best-in-class transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes.

• Design and configure SAP TM solutions (Freight Order Management, Planning, Execution, Charge Management, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, EWM, FICO) to ensure end-to-end integration.

• Create functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

• Deliver end-user training and support change management efforts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP TM environment.

• Stay updated on new SAP features, patches, and roadmap updates.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP TM as a functional consultant.

• Hands-on experience in SAP TM modules: Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Settlement, Carrier Integration, etc.

• Experience with both standalone SAP TM and Embedded S/4HANA TM (preferred).

• Knowledge of integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (SD, MM, EWM, GTS).

• Strong understanding of business processes in transportation and logistics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication.

• Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP TM certification.

• Experience with Agile or SAP Activate methodology.

• Familiarity with Fiori applications and UI5 enhancements for SAP TM.

• Prior experience in international or large-scale rollouts.
