Job Description

SAP Test Manager

Role: SAP Test Manager (Pharma sector)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial contract until June 2026 + extensions
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Frankfurt (expenses covered by client)
Languages: English required; German/Polish nice to have

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP testing activities across multiple work streams.
Define test strategy, test plans, and oversee test execution (functional, integration, UAT).
Coordinate between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
Manage defect life cycle and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and validation requirements (CSV, GxP).
Provide reporting and insights on test progress, quality metrics, and risks.
Mentor and support test teams in best practices and methodology.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a SAP Test Manager in large-scale transformation or rollout programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools (eg, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, HP ALM, etc.).
Experience in the pharma or regulated industries, with understanding of compliance & validation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Polish a strong plus.
