Salary: £100,000 - £125,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
Location: UK-wide/Hybrid working model
Essential: Ability to undergo security clearance

Key Responsibilities
* Lead key design decisions leveraging expertise in SuccessFactors and HR processes.
* Manage a team of functional leads to deliver compelling end-to-end solutions for clients.
* Support Business Change initiatives including impact assessments and future operating models.
* Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Focused Build to manage deliverables.
* Confidently manage stakeholders, representing the organization to clients, analysts, and partners.
* Support sales growth targets for SuccessFactors and expand go-to-market strategies.
* Work with industry sector leads and account executives to grow the opportunity pipeline.
* Contribute to global SAP Centres of Excellence by collaborating with counterparts internationally.

Your Profile
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders.
* Strong enthusiasm for learning and staying current with SAP technologies.
* Active participation in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning initiatives.
* Ability to build consulting and communication skills through hands-on project experience.
* Experience analysing, shaping, and leading pursuit responses for SuccessFactors opportunities.
* Confidence in delivering presentations across client pursuits and contributing to SuccessFactors eminence development.
* Must have extensive experience in SAP's Human Capital Management suite of solutions.
