SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Employment Type: Contract (inside IR35)

Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager ready to lead complex, full-cycle implementations across multiple modules? We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive enterprise-wide HR transformation projects and deliver measurable impact.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, integration teams, and third-party vendors
• Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
• Ensure projects align with HR and business transformation goals

• 5+ years' experience managing full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches
• Deep understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors module interdependencies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
• Experience with data migration, testing coordination, and change management
• Ability to manage cross-functional, global teams in complex environments

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central or other modules)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
