A global organisation is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead its HR technology transformation. This role is central to shaping digital HR processes and delivering scalable, people-centric solutions.

Role Introduction
As SAP SuccessFactors Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across key HR functions
• Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support
• Align SuccessFactors capabilities with evolving HR and business needs
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless integration with other enterprise platforms
• Drive continuous improvement and user adoption across the SuccessFactors landscape

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including multiple module implementations
• Strong understanding of HR processes and digital transformation strategies
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
• Experience with integration tools and Middleware (eg, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
