SAP SuccessFactors HCM Specialist - (Hybrid) - German B2 level

We're looking for someone with real, proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM, solid understanding of HR processes, cloud environments, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
This is not a role for someone who only lives in slide decks - we need someone who is hands-on, operational, and happy to switch between daily support and larger implementation projects.

What you will do

• Take ownership of SuccessFactors HCM modules in a hands-on way.

• Lead and contribute to both small and large HR system projects.

• Improve HR processes and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

• Work side-by-side with an experienced, compact team where your impact is visible.

Who you are

• Strong SuccessFactors HCM background with operational depth.

• Comfortable working in cloud-based HR ecosystems.

• Confident managing stakeholders and steering projects.

• Someone who enjoys both getting things done and moving projects forward.

• German B2 minimum + fluent English.
