Senior PMO - Global ERP Transformation Programme

We're supporting a leading global organisation as it embarks on a multi-year ERP transformation programme, modernising business systems across manufacturing sites and international markets.

*MUST BE LOCATED IN SPAIN*

Working directly with the ERP Programme Lead, you'll establish and manage the Programme Management Office, providing the governance, structure and visibility needed to successfully deliver a complex portfolio of ERP projects through to 2029.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO).
• Define governance frameworks, project standards and reporting structures.
• Coordinate steering committees and executive programme reviews.
• Build and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies and overall programme delivery.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts and resource planning.
• Own programme RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues and actions are effectively managed.
• Oversee delivery by the System Integrator, ensuring commitments, milestones and quality standards are achieved.
• Produce clear executive reporting and provide delivery insights to senior leadership.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience in a Senior PMO or Programme Management role.
• Proven track record supporting large, complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing System Integrators or external delivery partners.
• Strong programme governance, planning and portfolio management experience.
• Excellent budget management, forecasting and financial tracking skills.
• Strong RAID management and dependency management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel and programme reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Previous ERP implementation or upgrade programme experience (SAP or similar).
• Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
• Experience delivering multi-country or multi-site transformation programmes.
• Project or Programme Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
