Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Specialist to join a long-term SAP programme based in Copenhagen. The consultant will be responsible for SAP security and authorisations across a complex SAP landscape, supporting both project and BAU activities.

This is a stable, multi-year engagement with strong extension potential, suited to a consultant who is comfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP security and authorisation design, build and maintenance

• User access management (provisioning, changes, removals)

• Troubleshooting authorisation-related issues

• Supporting audits, compliance and access reviews

• Working closely with SAP functional teams to align access with business roles

• Supporting transports and security-related changes across environments

• Ensuring SAP security best practices are followed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Security/Authorisations Consultant

• Proven experience with role design and access management

• Solid understanding of SAP security concepts and controls

• Experience working in complex SAP environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

• Comfortable with on-site work (3 days per week)
