SAP SD MM Techno/Functional consultant

Our client is looking to hire SAP Techno Functional (SD MM) consultants to join their team ASAP. Please see details below:

• SAP SD MM Techno/Functional Expert
• Location: Remote (occasional EU travel at Key Milestones)
• Based in Europe
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: long-term (6 months + 12 months onward)
• Rate: 350 - 450 EUR per day (negotiable, please share your best)

• Act as SAP SD/MM subject matter expert for integration activities
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Design and support SAP interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, ALE, etc.)
• Configure SAP SD and MM
• Collaborate with ABAP, Middleware, and external system teams
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Troubleshoot order-to-cash and procure-to-pay integration issues
• Support data mapping, migration, and reconciliation efforts
• Perform end-to-end testing and validate data flows
• Create documentation for configurations, specs, and test scenarios
• Provide hypercare and knowledge transfer post-go-live

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD/MM experience
• Strong functional knowledge of OTC and P2P processes
• Proven techno-functional experience (configuration + technical design)
• Deep understanding of SAP integration tools: IDoc, BAPI, RFC, ALE
• Experience working with Middleware (SAP PI/PO, CPI, EDI, etc.)
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
