SAP Sales Executive - German Speaking. Location: Germany, 100% Remote Working. Flexible Start Date from November 2025 Onwards. Permanent Job. Fixed Basic Salary between €120k - €150k + Uncapped Bonus. OTE: €240k - €300k.

They are currently offering an outstanding career opportunity for a fluent German-speaking SAP Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of their consulting practice across Germany.

They are seeking a driven and experienced SAP Sales Exec/Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across the DACH region with the primary focus on Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SAP S/4HANA services and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to build strategic relationships, craft tailored propositions, and deliver substantial deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture high-value prospects in large enterprise organisations, driving pipeline growth through strategic outreach and market understanding.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales life cycle - from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and senior IT leaders to position the company as a strategic partner for SAP transformation and managed services.
- Solution Crafting: Develop bespoke value propositions for SAP and cloud services aligned to the customer's strategic goals and challenges.
- Revenue Growth: Deliver against defined revenue targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
- Market Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, SAP innovations, and competitor offerings to advise customers and differentiate their services.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely updates on pipeline, deal status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and internal processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience selling any type of SAP S/4HANA product or service to large enterprise clients.
- Deal Management: Proven ability to identify, craft, and close major, complex deals worth €1M+ in total contract value.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT landscapes.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT outsourcing models, project services, and managed services.
- Experience with SAP Partners: Prior experience working for an SAP Partner or consulting organisation is ideal.
- Strategic Selling: Ability to engage C-level executives, articulate business value, and position solutions as critical enablers of success.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation and financial understanding to create win-win contracts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Experience selling any of the following managed cloud solutions is highly beneficial but not mandatory: SAP RISE, SAP Managed Cloud Solutions, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), SAP BTP
Languages:
- Must be fluent in German and English.
Salary:
- The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges between €120,000 - €150,000 gross per annum.
Commission:
- The role offers uncapped sales commissions.
- OTE (On Target Earnings) are typically double the base salary. In the first year you would need to build a pipeline but if you have strong SAP relationships and experiences particularly in SAP sales, then realistically you can earn in the range of €240,000 - €300,000.
- Full details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview with the hiring manager.
Remote Working:
- In theory you can work up to 100% remotely, however, it is critical to bear in mind that in order to have true success in this role, you need to occasionally travel when necessary for onsite customer presentations/meetings, work meetings with SAP Walldorf, work off-sites etc.
- You can NOT work remotely from any other country. You must live within Germany.

- Sponsorship for a German work visa is not possible.
- All applicants must therefore have either German or EU Citizenship or already have a valid German work visa.
