SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant - £540/day Inside IR35 - 6 months - London (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector programme. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in central London (FCS office).

UK Nationals only - candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance (ie must not have lived outside the UK for more than 180 days in the last 5 years).

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy SAP HCM functionality in line with business requirements.

• Deliver expert guidance on SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality.

• Enhance time booking processes via mini-master and operationally efficient SAP workflows.

• Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops to share knowledge with internal teams.

• Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant on S/4HANA projects.

• Expert-level knowledge of Personnel Administration, Org Management, and Timesheet processes.

• Familiarity with Human Capital Management applications and SAP Project System (PS) integration.

• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and knowledge transfer capabilities.

• Previous experience in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) environments is preferred.
