Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + 15% bonus
Location: Remote (UK-based, with client visits when required)

As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, configure, and implement cutting-edge finance solutions, leveraging your expertise in FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA. You will play a key role in both pre-sales and delivery, bringing innovative thinking, strong client engagement skills, and deep technical knowledge to every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and delivery of large SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations across the full project life cycle
• Facilitate workshops with senior finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tailored SAP solutions
• Configure and test SAP S/4HANA Finance components in collaboration with technical and integration teams
• Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, and business process mapping
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, demos, and estimations
• Oversee cutover planning, data validation, and hyper care during go-live phases
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance innovations, such as Universal Journal and Fiori apps
• Mentor junior consultants and foster capability growth within the SAP Finance practice

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive SAP Finance consulting experience, including 2-3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
• Strong knowledge of core modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, AA) and R2R processes
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Embedded analytics, and integration to MM, SD, or PS
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting preferred
• UK citizen, eligible for security clearance (mandatory)
