SAPS/4HANA Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive quality assurance efforts within our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP testing, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and strong exposure to automation testing. This role will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring that all SAP implementations, integrations, and updates meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality.

Test Planning and Execution

• Develop and document comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Ensure testing covers all essential aspects, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify third-party application testing requirements.

Test Team Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to execute test cases effectively.
• Allocate tasks and manage resources to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Defect Identification and Management

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure the SAP S/4HANA environment meets all functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Validate system compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Integration Testing

• Coordinate and execute integration testing to verify seamless interactions between SAP S/4HANA and other SAP enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Ensure all interfaces function correctly within the overall SAP ecosystem.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for all testing activities.
• Communicate progress, issues, and test results to project managers, business analysts, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Identify potential risks in deployment and testing processes.
• Propose and implement strategies to minimize the impact of risks on business operations.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare detailed test reports, including outcomes, identified issues, and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, defect logs, and test results.

Continuous Improvement

• Propose enhancements to testing processes based on post-deployment feedback and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in SAP testing to drive ongoing process improvements.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Coordinate and support UAT sessions with end-users to ensure the system meets operational needs and expectations.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to optimize system performance and usability.
