About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee key SAP project initiatives at our client site in Jasionka, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days of on site presence weekly. Fluency in Polish is essential due to client-facing responsibilities, and English proficiency is also required for internal communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations across finance, risk management, systems integration, and operations transformation.

• Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverable.

• Control project variances and manage scope changes to prevent adverse impacts on project time lines and budgets.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality deliverable.

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication through regular project updates and expectation management.

• Track and manage project priorities, escalating issues and risks as needed to maintain momentum and minimise disruption.

• Supervise integration scenarios involving SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Develop cut over strategies, lead migration and conversion efforts, and drive them to successful Go-Live.

• Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and facilitate decision-making to overcome bottlenecks and critical path obstacles.

• Proactively manage reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and dependency tracking throughout the project life cycle.

• Continuously monitor and improve project governance and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Strong background in project governance and cross-functional leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale project plans and ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality standards.

• Expertise in both SAP and non-SAP system integration and Go-Live planning.

• Comfortable in stakeholder-facing roles, with experience in managing expectations and project communications in bilingual environments.
