SAP S/4HANA EWM Programme Manager
Global Pharmaceutical Organisation, Remote Position
We're supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company as they deliver a major SAP S/4HANA transformation across their supply chain landscape. As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA and EWM across multiple regions.
This is a senior role with real scale and complexity, working across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution in a highly regulated environment.

The role
You'll take ownership of a global SAP programme focused on S/4HANA and EWM, ensuring end to end supply chain integration is delivered on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with business leaders, IT, systems integrators and third party vendors, acting as the central point of accountability for programme delivery. This is a remote position with opportunities to visit site at critical times during the project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a global SAP S/4HANA EWM programme from design through to deployment
• Managing integrated workstreams across warehousing, logistics and supply chain
• Owning programme governance, planning, budget and risk management
• Coordinating internal teams, systems integrators and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with GxP and other pharmaceutical regulatory standards
• Driving stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level
• Overseeing cutover, deployment and hypercare activities across regions

Your background

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager on large scale SAP S/4HANA programmes
• Strong experience leading SAP EWM integrations within complex supply chain environments
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated industries
• Experience delivering global or multi country SAP transformations
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing and logistics processes
