We are seeking aSenior SAP Programme Manager / Delivery Leadto lead the delivery of a major SAP transformation programme for a leading UK retailer. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle SAP programmes (S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud, integrations)
• Oversee delivery using Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT (including C-suite)
• Establish governance, chair steering committees, and manage reporting
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
• Build and lead cross-functional teams (PMs, BAs, consultants, change managers)
• Drive change management and business readiness
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years SAP programme/project management experience
• Proven track record in complex, multi-vendor SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud solutions, and integrations
• Proficient in project delivery frameworks (Activate preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience in consulting and retail sectors is advantageous
