SAP PP Consultant for Italy

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support our plant operations in Augusta, Sicily. The first 2 months will require full onsite presence at the plant, followed by remote work for the remainder of the engagement.

Workload: 5 days/Week
Location: Augusta, Sicily (Italy) - Onsite required for the first 2 months (Mon-Thur)
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite in Sicily during the initial phase to support production planning and execution.

• Confirm production orders in SAP.

• Review, analyze, and resolve COGI errors (Confirmations with Goods Movement Errors) to ensure accurate goods movements in the system.

• Collaborate with local teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Align SAP PP configurations with business requirements and production processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP with both technical and functional expertise.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, capacity planning, and MRP.

• Proven experience in configuring SAP PP and troubleshooting COGI errors.

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

• Business process knowledge in manufacturing environments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Based in Sicily is preferred; candidates able to travel weekly to Augusta for the first 2 months will also be considered.
