SAP Payroll Consultant

I am currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with Belgium Legislation experience to support operational teams in delivering accurate, timely payroll services across multiple clients. You will provide expert functional and technical payroll support, lead process improvements, and help train team members. Strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to accurate and timely payroll processing and support system maintenance and testing for Belgian payroll operations
• Manage and update process documentation and client solution workbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues escalated within the payroll team
• Monitor legislative changes and lead initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous team development within Belgian payroll
• Provide support during client onboarding, go-live phases, and in resolving high-priority escalations
• Design, lead, and deliver coaching and training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge
