SAP HR Consultant/Developer - Poland Based - Hybrid

Hiring: SAP HR Consultant/Developer - Poland - Hybrid, 12 months contract.

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP HR Consultant/Developer for a 12 month initial contract. The applicants should be located in Poland and have the flexibility to travel occasionally. The applicant should also have a valid setup to work as a contractor/freelancer and does not require Visa Sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP HR implementations and enhancements across HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customise SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals).
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP HR systems and third-party applications.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Create technical documentation and deliver user training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, BTP, and Middleware tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications in HCM or SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance in HR systems.
