Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Consultant with deep expertise in Treasury and Risk Management (TR), In-House Cash (IHC), and Cash Management (CM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP FSCM modules, enabling streamlined treasury operations and enhanced liquidity management for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FSCM modules (TR, IHC, CM).
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Customize and configure Treasury components including:

o Cash and Liquidity Management
o Transaction Manager (Money Market, FX, Derivatives, Securities)
o Risk Analyzer (Market Risk, Credit Risk)

* Design and implement In-House Cash (IHC) structures, including payment factory solutions and intercompany processes.
* Set up and support Bank Communication Management and Payment Medium Workbench.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
* Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
* Provide guidance on best practices in SAP FSCM and Treasury operations.
* Document functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FSCM, particularly in TR, IHC, and CM.
* Strong understanding of Treasury operations, banking processes, and cash flow forecasting.
* Experience in full life cycle SAP implementations and rollouts.
* Familiarity with integration to SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA (preferred), and third-party banking systems.
* Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and bank communication tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* SAP Certification in Treasury or FSCM (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in S/4HANA Treasury solutions.
* Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Treasury and Cash Management.
* Understanding of regulatory compliance in treasury (eg, IFRS 9, EMIR, etc.).
* Ability to work in agile environments and global teams.
