SAP Finance Transformation Lead/SAP FI Process Lead

Budapest, Warsaw or Barcelona (onsite 1 or 2 weeks per month Depending on phase of Project)

Finance Accounting SAP - purpose:
Lead business transformation and process readiness ensuring template adherence and standardized adoption.

Mission:
Align with core processes and drive data readiness to cutover/go-live; secure local adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site pre-requisites incl. legal/statutory specifics.
• Lead Fit-to-Template and capture gaps/config needs.
• Coordinate with Schneider Digital.
• Drive data mapping, quality & cleansing.
• Define test scope & scenarios and support testing.
• Escalate improvements to GBPOs.
• Support go-live & hypercare.
