SAP FICO Consultant Overview 
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused SAP FICO Consultant to join our consultancy team. You will play a key role in delivering high quality SAP Finance and Controlling solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.) to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including logistics, HR, and technical consultants
- Provide expert guidance on financial processes, reporting, and compliance
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
- Prepare functional specifications and work with developers on customizations
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client satisfaction
- Proven experience in SAP FICO implementations and support (3-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of core FICO modules and integration with other SAP components
- Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in full project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go live, and support
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
- SAP FICO certification
- Experience working in a consultancy or client facing role
- Exposure to international or multi company environments
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS) is a plus
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
