SAP Datasphere/SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Work Arrangement

• 0.4 FTE (1 FTE = 216 working days/year)
• Minimum 3 days/week onsite (Brussels) if full time. (So I suppose 1 or 2 days on site).
• Estimated duration of Purchase Order: until 31/01/2027
• Start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data mappings and transformations
• Implement SAP Datasphere solutions with integration to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere modelling, data flows, security, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies (eg, SAP Integration Suite, CPI)
• Lead end-to-end SAP Datasphere implementations
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance during implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP Datasphere with SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (modelling, data flows, security, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies (Integration Suite, CPI, etc.)
• Proven lead role in multiple end-to-end SAP Datasphere projects
• SAP Datasphere Certified
• Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 in all 3)
