SAP Data Migration Consultant - Remote

Our client is looking for an SAP Data Migration consultant:

• Location: Remote (Europe based, occasional travel at critical milestones)
• Full time
• Freelancer
• Language: English
• Duration: 12 months (plus extension)
• Rate: negotiable, please share your best

Description:

• Data Analysis & Cleansing - analysing requirements, identifying data quality issues, and defining cleansing strategies.
• Data Mapping & Transformation - creating mapping documents, defining transformation rules, and ensuring data integrity.
• Migration Tools & Execution - hands-on experience with LSMW (standard objects, recordings, ALE), execution tools (SM35, BD87, WE02), and ability to develop simple ABAP migration programs.
• Data Validation & Reconciliation - using SAP query tools or ABAP to validate and reconcile source vs. target data.
• Collaboration & Communication - working with cross-functional teams, MDG teams, and developers for migration planning and execution.
• Technical & Functional Expertise - deep understanding of SAP modules (mostly MM, LE, SD), data models, migration methodologies, and ABAP
