Freelance SAP Commissions Consultant (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced SAP Commissions (formerly Callidus) Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming freelance projects. This is a fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and support SAP Commissions solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Implement compensation plans, rules, and workflows
• Troubleshoot issues and support testing and deployments

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Commissions
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation management (ICM)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
