SAP CO Consultant - German Speaking (B1 Level+) - Zagreb, Croatia (Hybrid: 40% Remote work/60% Onsite). Start Date: Flexible August/September 2025. Permanent Job. Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits.

Our Leading, privately-owned Consultancy client, who provide expert services for SAP S/4HANA transformations and moving to SAP Public Cloud to a wide range of customers, is looking to hire an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant to support their range of new client projects and delivery.

Role Requirements:

• Advise customers on the financial module of S/4HANA.
• You act as an expert and are the contact person for the SAP CO module, and also SAP PS/IM (training provided)
• You develop implementation-oriented, high-quality technical and IT concepts.
• You design and implement new, digital business processes with a focus on cost accounting, corporate management and planning.
• Convince and enable people to understand the new processes and apply them safely.
• You manage sub-projects in controlling/accounting.
• You will contribute to the implementation of company-wide, cross-departmental standardization and innovation projects in the accounting and controlling environment.
• Work closely with our customer teams and consulting partners

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP consulting and/or in-house consulting
• You have proven SAP S/4HANA CO application knowledge and customizing expertise. Ideally, you are familiar with SAP Product Cost Controlling (calculation and cost object accounting) - training will be provided.
• You have experience in the successful implementation of business concepts, digitalization using SAP or managing IT change projects.
• You are happy to accept the opportunity to take on responsibility in our customer projects.
• Willingness to travel for project-related reasons
• Minimum of B1 Level German (with the dedication to quickly move to B2 level)
• Professional level (B2 level) English required
