SAP Business One Consultant - UK wide - Hybrid / On-Site

Henley Morgan are working with a friendly SAP Business One Partner who are looking to hire an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SAP B1 Consultant who enjoys building long term client relationships and delivering high-quality ERP solutions with care and integrity.

This role offers full end to end SAP Business One implementation work, customer engagement, and long term career stability within a supportive consultancy environment.

As the SAP Business One Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business processes and deliver tailored SAP B1 solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering end to end SAP Business One implementations
• Working with customers to gather requirements, identify gaps and define solutions
• Acting as a trusted advisor to new and existing SAP B1 customers
• Managing scope changes and supporting project delivery teams
• Providing pre sales consultancy and customer training
• Supporting and enhancing existing SAP Business One systems and add ons
• Developing and maintainingSQL / SAP HANA SQL queries, stored procedures and Crystal Reports
• Troubleshooting and resolving SAP Business One issues
• Contributing to project planning, documentation, testing and go live phases
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues and supporting customer issue resolution

• Proven experience with SAP Business One (minimum 5 end to end implementations or 5 years' consulting experience)
• SAP Business One Certification
• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 core modules and add ons
• Experience with SQL, SAP HANA SQL, B1 Usability Package (B1UP) and Codeless Platforms BPA
• Reporting experience using Crystal Reports
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non technical users
• Proactive, customer focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience supporting SAP Business One Web Client
• Strong written and spoken English
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and EU

• Boyum Produmex and Scan experience
• Sharperlight
• Understanding of finance, logistics or manufacturing processes
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
