SAP Business Data Lead

*SAP Business Data Lead - Europe - Remote*

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Business Data Lead to start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.

The SAP Business Data Lead is expected to start January 2026 and for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be mainly remote with occasional travel for workshops, go-lives etc. You will be expected to work LATAM hours for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall planning, risk management, issue resolution and communication regarding business data activities.
• Accountable for the execution of data cleansing initiatives within the local region, ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
• Monitor and report on the continuity of data cleansing activities, ensuring alignment with business teams.
• Responsible for all business-related Data Migration activities and deliverables.
• Lead the team to adhere Data Migration Strategy & Methodology,

Requirements:

• SAP Data Migration experience since 10+ years
• SAP Lead experience since 5+ years
• Strong business process experience
• Strong S/4 HANA experience
• Stakeholder management skills with various level in the organisation.
• Experience in global and virtual working environment; managing onshore and offshore teams
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and good if worked in Agile projects
