SAP Ariba SAP Trainer - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Trainer to join our Finance and Donor Funds Transformation Programme. As part of an ambitious ERP transformation, you'll lead the delivery of training for new procurement processes and SAP Ariba. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of a new ERP system that will modernise and streamline procurement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training on SAP Ariba and the Procure to Pay processes.
• Design, update, and enhance training materials based on SAP EnableNow and process design documentation.
• Conduct training courses for diverse end-users, including VIPs, super users, and finance teams, both online and in-person.
• Respond to user queries, provide support through Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person channels.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adapt materials as needed for adoption tracking and business readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with the SI partner to ensure a seamless learning experience within SAP EnableNow and the Bank's LMS system.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive understanding of the Procure to Pay process within SAP Ariba.
• Proven experience in SAP Ariba end-user training, particularly in the financial services or banking sector.
• Expertise in using SAP EnableNow to develop engaging training content and materials.
• Experience translating complex process design into user-friendly training.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage large and small audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
