What You'll Do:

• Food Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and store food items in line with Hospital, Subway and Sodexo standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Stock Management: Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and implement stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and uniform guidelines.
• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service, promote our brands, and suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.
• Transaction Handling: Operate tills accurately, manage revenue, and keep precise records.
• Continuous Development: Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to foster personal growth.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Background in food service within a fast paced setting.
• Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills.
• Attitude: A proactive approach to learning, self motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
