We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SALT Learning Coach to join a secondary school in Redbridge. This is a full-time role supporting students with Speech, Language, and Communication needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with students to deliver targeted speech and language support
Implement SALT strategies and programmes under guidance from qualified professionals
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to enhance learning outcomes
Promote confidence, independence, and positive communication skills in students
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs
Knowledge of SALT strategies and intervention techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive, proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
