Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Implementation Lead will assume responsibility for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The resource will be responsible for the administration as well as leading development within the system, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries, Broker Insurance and Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Digital Experience.
  • Develop and maintain custom code (Apex, Lightning Web Components), integrations, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Maintain the Salesforce data model, ensuring it supports business processes and scalability.
  • Administer the Salesforce platform, including user access, security, data integrity, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with corporate standards and long-term technology strategy.
  • Partner with Salesforce teams to ensure consistency, reuse of components, and adherence to best practices.
  • Support the Salesforce transformation program, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage platform health, including monitoring, performance optimization, and release management.
  • Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment management.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
About you
  • A relevant technical BS Degree in Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good understanding of unit testing, software change management, and software release management.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code fundamentals.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
