The Role

The organisation is now looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to shape the technical design and architecture of a major Salesforce implementation. This is a high-impact role where you'll provide hands on technical leadership and ensure a successful delivery in partnership with a trusted vendor.

As the dedicated technical lead, you'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Architecture team, and Engineering colleagues to align the Salesforce platform with the company's wider CRM strategy. You'll also play a key role in guiding and mentoring others, sharing your expertise to strengthen the team's technical capability.

The Individual
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce architectures, including seamless integrations with other business systems and applications.
  • Hands on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, with strong knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Deep technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and working with Salesforce's Standard and Custom APIs.
  • Solid understanding of deployment pipelines and best practices, including sandbox management.
  • Experience with data management techniques such as migration, cleansing, governance, and recovery.
  • A well rounded grasp of Salesforce administration including user management, security, and permissions.
  • Salesforce training and certifications (a strong plus).
