Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and detailed system designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Validate solution components.
Manage data integration and migration activities within projects.

Skills

The ideal candidate will:
Be self-sufficient and able to take initiative in their work.
Have strong problem-solving skills, capable of thinking critically and finding solutions independently.
Possess expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
Be comfortable leading discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience Requirements

While not essential, experience in the following areas will be highly regarded: FinTech industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Have active Salesforce certifications or be willing to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
